PRIVACY POLICY

We use your personal information to provide the services you’ve requested (i.e. to reserve a hotel room/ process your order). We may also use this information for auditing, research and analysis to operate and improve our technologies and services. We will not pass your details on to any third parties.

RETURNS POLICY

Please contact me before making any returns!

If it becomes neccessary to return any item purchased, please inform fetishesrus within 7 days of receiving your goods. Do not return any goods without first confirming with fetishesrus. We will endeavour to replace any goods (at our discretion) which you may not be fully satisfied with by return if possible. Refunds will only be given on goods providing they have not been damaged and/or used in any way. Any refund however, will not include original costs of post or carriage incurred at time of dispatch and will be deemed the responsibility of the purchaser as contract. Unless the returned items are defective, you have to send them back to us at your own expense and we will only issue a full refund if the items (including packaging and accessories) have not been significantly damaged. Some items (due to hygiene reasons) may not be returned. Refunds will not be given after 14 days under any circumstances. However if and where possible we will be happy to adjust items or make alterations to items where possible. The customer MAY be charged for these alterations.
